The Pygmy Dagger Damascus knife kit is a compact and formidable fixed blade blank crafted in the USA from premium carbon steel Damascus. The blade measures 2.625 inches in length, with an overall length of 5.50 inches and a blade width of 1.25 inches. Ground on both sides for symmetrical balance and precision, this full tang design includes two 0.125 inch holes for pinstock handle construction, plus a 0.250 inch center hole for an optional decorative pin. Stainless steel pinstock is included. The tang holes can be easily reconfigured for larger pins or threaded fasteners to fit your build preference.
Forged from a blend of high-performance carbon steels folded five times, the Damascus configuration features a stunning 416-layer pattern. The steel blend includes 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15N20, and the blade is heat treated to a hardness of 56–58 RC, offering strength and edge retention in a compact form factor.
